We care about the life cycle facility management of the building, we provide you with up to date VR models, 360 photo views that help them easily locate all the plumbing and electrical lines inside the walls after the construction is complete. We use drone technology to photo document the building construction process thereby giving you a glimpse of the site progress from the comforts of their home. 

It's one thing to look at plans, views and renders of a building and it's a totally different feeling to hold a 3D printed miniature model of your building in your hands. It's easier for you to get a bigger picture of the final product. For us, ensuring that you are fully involved in the design stage is key. From technology's end we do everything to make the journey easier for you. 

During our design and pre construction stages we use BIM - Building Information Model to ensure that the architect, the structural engineer, electrical team, plumbing team, and you are all on the same page with respect to the updates on the building design. BIM not only helps us to better estimate the cost of the project before construction brings it also helps us with clash detection between different components of the building.
